Ms. Sehar Aijaz is a young and dedicated Mathematics educator, currently serving as a Lecturer of Mathematics at The Public School, Mirpurkhas. She earned her BS degree in Mathematics from the University of Sindh, Jamshoro, in 2022, and is presently pursuing her B.Ed from Allama Iqbal Open University, Islamabad, to further strengthen and enhance her pedagogical expertise.

She previously served for two years as a Mathematics Lecturer at The Collegiate Intermediate College, Mirpurkhas, where she gained substantial experience in teaching grades XI–XII and preparing students for board examinations. During this tenure, she developed a strong command over curriculum expectations and student learning needs at the higher-secondary level.

Alongside her academic achievements, she is skilled in developing well-structured notes, designing purposeful worksheets, breaking down complex mathematical concepts into simpler explanations, and guiding learners according to both AKU-EB and Sindh Board standards. Her practical approach, consistent work ethic, and emphasis on conceptual clarity contribute to her professional identity as a reliable and effective instructor.
